Top Bins Club – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Top Bins Club—but if it’s not quite right, no stress. We’ve made returns as easy as a tap-in finish.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear

We can’t accept returns that don’t meet these standards.

How to Return

  1. Contact us or visit our returns portal
  2. Enter your order details
  3. Select refund, exchange, or store credit
  4. Send your item back using a tracked service

Once received and checked, we’ll process your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance or offer store credit

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 14 working days after processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit

Choose store credit for the quickest turnaround—perfect if you’re ready to get back in the game straight away.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t cover lost returns

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right with your order, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it quickly.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
